Dominic Jephcott - Dominic founded Vendigital after many years of general management within tier one automotive companies across Europe. With years of executive responsibility for these companies, he understands the vital role that strong and dynamic supply chains play in creating a healthy profit line. As CEO, Dominic is now based in Hong Kong developing the Asian end of the business. Dominic is a chartered engineer and holds a masters degree from Cambridge University.
Roy Williams - Roy is the Managing Director for the UK business and a board director. Roy, a Cambridge University masters graduate and Chartered Engineer, brings fifteen years of management experience on both sides of the Atlantic. Prior to Vendigital, Roy was managing a business unit for a global automotive business. Roy has also had many years as a management consultant specialising in supply chain management.
Professor Richard Lamming - Richard is recognised as an international leading expert in contemporary developments in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain relationships and the implications of e-commerce. Richard has an engineering background and had practical experience of purchasing in the manufacturing sector before becoming an academic in the 1980s. Richard's doctoral work focused on innovation in manufacturing supply chainsand his research at MIT led to the development of the supply concepts associated with lean production. For twelve years he was Professor of Purchasing and Supply Management in the School of Management at the University of Bath, where he was founder and first Director of the Centre for Research in Strategic Purchasing and Supply (CRiSPS), He is now Director of the University of Exeter Business School.
Andrew Scott - Andrew has been a director of Vendigital since January 2000. He is currently Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for WPP Group plc where he is responsible for the firm's global M&A, joint venture and investment activity. He was formerly a strategy consultant with the LEK partnership. His background encompasses the areas of corporate strategy, e-commerce and operations management.
Richard Waddington - Following 10 years in London and New York, running derivative trading businesses for a major American investment bank, Richard has moved to Tokyo where he currently runs his own derivatives and finance technology company. Richard holds a variety of directorships and is active in raising private equity capital.
